Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026. These terms apply to all Car Guys Garage services.
Quotes and approval
All quotes are itemised and valid for 14 days. No work begins until you approve the quote in writing or through the tracking portal.
Collection and delivery
Vehicles are insured in transit. You must be the registered owner or hold written authority to release the vehicle to our driver.
Warranty
Labour is warranted for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty excludes wear items and damage caused by misuse.
Payment
Payment is due on completion, before delivery. Corporate and fleet accounts may be granted 30-day terms in writing.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Unused scheduled services roll over for up to 12 months while the plan is active.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential loss, including loss of use or business income.
